Jennifer Lemak and Karen Quinn, curators at the New York State Museum, will present on ‘The Great Migration’ of African-Americans northward from 1915 to 1930 and on Harlem Renaissance artist Jacob Lawrence’s series of paintings on this theme.

Ms. Lemak, the museum’s Chief Curator of History, will present on the Great Migration to New York State and Ms. Quinn, NYSM’s Curator of Art and Culture, will present on Lawrence’s art.
