The March 26th event, held at Skidmore’s Gannet Auditorium, with guest speaker Kao Kalia Yang, was described by an audience member in a single word, “Amazing.” Event goers had many questions for the speaker and were highly engaged, intrigued, and emotionally invested in the story of her life that she offered to tell.
