New York City 1920s Literary Walking Tour

Hop on a bus with us, as we head to New York City to take a walking tour of the Big Apple’s 1920s literary scene, including stops at the Algonquin Hotel and other Round Table haunts, including the sites of apartments, offices, and speakeasies frequented by the era’s literati.
Spend a day walking in the footsteps of Frank Sullivan, Saratoga Reads! selected author for 2017. Join us for a full day in the midtown Manhattan neighborhood frequented by Sullivan and the other memberts of the Algonquin Round Table. The day will begin with lunch at the fames Algonquin Oak Room. Lunch will be followed by two walking tours of the neighborhood given by Kevin Fitzpatrick, author of several books about the Round Table, as well as Kevin’s associate. Everyone will an opportunity to tour with both guides. After some free time to explore the neighborhood we will gather again at the Algonquin for a cocktail (cash bar).
