Saratoga Reads brought best-selling novelist Khaled Hosseini to Saratoga Springs on Saturday evening, April 5, in celebration of the community reading program’s 10th year.

Saratoga Reads will present a number of events in February specifically designed for young readers and their families. All events are open to the public free of charge.

The upcoming visit of Khaled Hosseini to Saratoga Springs has generated enormous interest and excitement in the community. We have had an overwhelming response and at this point there are no additional tickets available. We have made arrangements to simulcast the event live in other spaces at Skidmore and are making every effort to accommodate as many people as possible. Saratoga Reads, launched a decade ago with the goal of bringing the community together for shared reading experiences, will return to its roots this year with the announcement of its book of choice for 2013-14, And the Mountains Echoed, by Khaled Hosseini.
